Assistant Restaurant Manager supporting daily operations for a hotel dining outlet.
The role focuses on memorable guest experiences, service standards, operational performance, and team support.
Outlet operations and guest experience
- Assist with outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, and budgeting.
- Enforce outlet policies and procedures.
- Work with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and improve the dining experience.
Team and revenue
- Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development under the Manager's guidance.
- Help implement marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
Standards and values
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
