Assist in managing a hotel dining outlet and deliver memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support daily outlet operations, service standards, product quality, inventory, cost control, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
- Monitor service and product quality with the Restaurant Manager, respond to guest feedback, resolve issues, and improve the dining experience.
- Supervise and coach team members, assist with performance evaluations, and support professional development.
- Help implement marketing strategies, upselling, and promotions to grow food and beverage sales.
- Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training team members.
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness compliance.
