Supports daily operations of a Hilton hotel dining outlet and helps deliver memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
- Monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and improve the dining experience.
- Supervise and support team members, coach them, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to their development.
- Help implement marketing strategies, upselling, and promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
- Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
