Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a large hospitality group in Kuwait.
The role supports restaurant operations, team leadership, service standards, and guest experience.
The role requires relocation to Kuwait.
Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and the Restaurant Manager.
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house and service teams; maintain customer service and consistent service standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards; handle guest concerns.
- Support inventory control and minimize operational waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Monitor daily sales and operational performance; assist with opening and closing.
- Coordinate kitchen and service teams and help achieve business and operational goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar hospitality manager.
- Strong restaurant, café, coffee brand, or F&B experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, customer-service, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; professional appearance and attitude.
- International hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
