The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps manage daily operations for a hotel dining outlet and supports memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
- Work with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and improve the dining experience.
- Supervise and support team members, coach them, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development under the Manager's guidance.
- Help implement marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
- Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to protect guests and team members.
