Principal accountabilities
- Handle ODD, TL expiry and NSF reports, client requests, and timely updates.
- Provide services for liabilities, FX, PCM, and trade products to meet team sales targets.
- Process product applications and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Check customer applications against bank policy guidelines.
- Engage customers and coordinate internal service fulfilment.
- Maintain relationships with clients, Relationship Managers, and colleagues.
- Attend weekly and monthly team meetings to review performance and share best practices.
- Maintain customer-service standards and meet SME service targets.
- Assist with KYC completion and ongoing due diligence.
- Coordinate with AML, ASU, Business Risk, Treasury, and other relevant teams to support service and compliance.
Education and experience
- Graduate, preferably in a commercially oriented discipline, or diploma in a business- or finance-related subject.
- 3–5 years of experience in business banking support or as an Assistant Relationship Manager.

The role supports Relationship Managers and collaborates with internal stakeholders to maintain service delivery and compliance with bank policies.
