Quality Control Assistant responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving quality-control systems across operations.
The role focuses on driver quality and hygiene, vehicle cleanliness, and compliance with RTA and company quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure driver and vehicle standards meet RTA and company requirements; inspect vehicle cleanliness, driver hygiene, and service quality at base camp and on site.
- Maintain inspection records, track non-compliance, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support internal and external teams on quality-control regulations; investigate incidents or violations and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure drivers and customers are treated respectfully throughout processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education; college education is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Communication and coordination skills, basic computer skills, and basic Microsoft Office skills.
