**Job Title:** Assistant Purchase Manager cum Store Keeper – Hotel Industry Only
**Job Type:** Full-Time
Seven Seas Hotel is looking for an experienced and dedicated **Assistant Purchase Manager cum Store Keeper** to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in hotel purchasing, inventory management, and store operations, with strong working knowledge of **IDS software**.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel purchasing and procurement activities
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control records
- Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
- Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, and stock reports
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with all hotel departments including Kitchen, Housekeeping, and F&B
- Operate and manage inventory through IDS software
Requirements
- Minimum **4 to 5 years of experience** in the **hotel industry**
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with **IDS software**
- Experience in hotel purchasing and storekeeping operations
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
