Role Overview

Project Execution

• Review work orders, drawings, BOQs, and project schedules before execution.
• Take site measurements and coordinate with design and project teams.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and other site-related works.

Teams, Materials, and Progress

• Assign daily activities to installation teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate material dispatches and verify site receipts against work orders and material checklists.
• Monitor progress, track dependencies and pending works, and provide project updates.

Quality, Safety, and Handover

• Conduct site inspections for quality and adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Ensure housekeeping, safety, discipline, snag rectification, and completion within committed timelines.
• Support milestone payment collection, final handover, and collection of client and social media reviews.

Required Skills

• Good leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong communication, client-handling, planning, coordination, problem-solving, time-management, and task-management abilities.
• Knowledge of residential interior execution and ability to read interior drawings and BOQs.
• Ability to handle multiple project activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Bangalore.

Education and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience is specified for the role.
• BE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is listed; relevant residential interior execution experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
• Benefits include insurance, commuter and communication reimbursements, paid leave, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.

Workplace

• Work location is in person at HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• The role involves travel to project sites across Bangalore.
