  • What we’re looking for:
  • We are seeking an entry-level electronic security assistant project manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. This position will work directly with a Project Manager to assist in completing projects.
  • What you’ll be doing:
  • This position will have multiple roles ranging from: attending project meetings, assisting with resource scheduling, such as installation and subcontractor team coordination, onsite technician support, ability to safely operate a company vehicle, project quality control, staging of equipment, project documentation assembly and review, assisting with invoicing & project tasks, and most importantly, representing NextGen Security as the valuable point of contact for our valued customers. Local travel may be required for this position.
  • What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Prior internship experience within project management or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Customer service experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Superior problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other project management & design products (preferred but not required)
