Assistant Project Manager

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in retail construction, commercial construction, general contracting, architecture, or owner-side project management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction documentation, terminology, sequencing, schedules, and cost management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight and shifting timelines.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively work with internal teams and external partners.
• Independent, self-motivated team player who can work with appropriate autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and escalate project risks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with construction project-management platforms such as Procore preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed to active project sites, including overnight travel as required.
• Ability to occasionally support critical project activities outside standard business hours to meet construction and store-opening milestones.

• The salary range for this role is $80,100 per year - $103,000 per year.
