We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Product Manager / Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business development, product management, technology solutions, or B2B sales who are passionate about driving business growth and building strong customer relationships.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, support product initiatives, engage with clients, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support product development and go-to-market initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documentation.
- Collaborate with technical, sales, and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Track business performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Technology Solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Understanding of IT, Telecom, AI, SaaS, Enterprise Solutions, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, AI, Cloud, Telecom, or Enterprise Technology solutions.
- Exposure to product lifecycle management and market strategy.
