Role Description
As an Assistant Production Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient workflow and output.
You will be directly involved in managing plastic production processes, including film extrusion, printing, and cutting and sealing operations, ensuring machines run efficiently and production targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
include monitoring equipment performance, optimizing production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Film extrusion machines
- Printing machines
- Cutting and sealing machines
- Strong operational knowledge in production processes, scheduling, and resource management
- Proficiency in quality control procedures and safety standards
- Leadership abilities and team coordination skills
- Ability to troubleshoot machine and production issues under pressure
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with LDPE, HDPE, and LLDPE materials is a plus
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
