Key Responsibilities
- Work Closely with the Practice Administrator
- Assist leadership with day-to-day clinic operations.
- Collanorate on employee retention, onboarding, and performance tracking systems.
- Recruitment & Staffing Coordination
- Draft job postings, manage job board advertising, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews, draft official offer letters, and help identify ongoing staffing needs.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare and process new hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, benefits).
- Coordinate IT access, badging, and physical facility access for new staff.
- Manage administrative exit paperwork, COBRA, and equipment retrieval during offboarding.
- Other tasks as required.
- Pay & Qualifications
- New Graduate / Entry-Level:
- $25.00 – $26.00/hr
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business, or equivalent clinical/administrative experience; strong organizational skills and attention to compliance details
- Experienced (3–5+ Years):
- $27.00 – $34.00/hr
- 3–5+ years of administrative, HR, or coordination experience in a medical office or rural health clinic setting; strong familiarity with timekeeping systems, provider credentialing, and clinic operations.
- Must have a dedicated, quiet home workspace for remote tasks, along with the ability to come into the clinic on-site as needed for onboarding, employee relations, time card resolution, and meetings. Position is expected to transition to 100% on-site within 1 year as facility expansion permits.
