Turkish Hospital seeks Assistant Physiotherapists to support its physiotherapy team with patient care and rehabilitation.
Assist with procedures under qualified healthcare professionals' supervision and in line with clinical protocols and hospital standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist physiotherapists in delivering patient rehabilitation and treatment programmes.
- Support patients during prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities under appropriate supervision.
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure physiotherapy equipment is clean, safe and ready for use.
- Monitor and communicate relevant observations about patients' progress to the supervising physiotherapist.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital policies and infection-control procedures.
- Support the physiotherapy team in providing safe, professional and patient-centred care.
Qualifications and requirements
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Valid professional licence in Qatar or eligibility to obtain the required licence, subject to applicable regulations.
- Relevant experience in physiotherapy or a related clinical setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient safety, professional ethics and quality care.
- Candidates must currently reside in Qatar and be available for local recruitment.
Preferred experience and skills
- Two years of physiotherapy experience is preferred.
- Arabic is preferred.
- A practical licence in Qatar is listed as preferred in the posting.
Salary
- Monthly salary is QR 3,000; the posting also states pay from QAR 3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person; Doha is listed as preferred.
