Role overview
The assistant pastry chef will prepare fresh pastries, baked goods, and dessert components alongside ice cream production.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, cookies, and other dessert components to a consistent standard.
- Assist with ice cream-related dessert production and seasonal specials.
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
- Support daily kitchen preparation and production.
- Work with the team to support smooth service and consistent quality.
