About The Job
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join in Jumeirah Emirates Tower.
- The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
- Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.
- Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
- Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
- Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Completed a Higher Secondary School Certificate.
- Demonstrates proficiency in English.
- Uses MICROS, TAHWEEL, and HSI systems effectively.
- Manages purchasing through relevant software.
- Brings 3–5 years’ experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager.
- Shows a strong F&B background in a standalone or branded restaurant.
