Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort with four hotels, more than 20 restaurants and lounges, a traditional souk, kids’ clubs, and event and conference spaces.

Role overview

Jumeirah is hiring an Assistant Outlet Manager for Al Samar at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, Madinat Jumeirah.

The role is described as starting from October 2026 onwards.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily outlet operations, service standards, efficiency, and compliance with procedures.
  • Engage with guests, address feedback, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with inventory, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members; support performance and workforce planning.
  • Maintain cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation throughout the outlet.
  • Collaborate with management to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Experience and qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hospitality or food and beverage experience; luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and support colleagues.
  • A Hotel Management or F&B Management diploma or degree and/or a Health & Safety certification is advantageous.
