Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Operator role based in Dubai.
The Assistant Operator will support daily operational activities related to handling, organizing, and preparing medical devices, laboratory equipment, reagents, and pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities include assisting with receiving and checking shipments, labeling and storing products, and preparing orders for dispatch in line with company procedures.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting inventory counts, and helping to keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
The Assistant Operator will collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
- Basic understanding of handling medical, laboratory, or pharmaceutical products (or willingness to learn with training).
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing stock safely.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, inventory updates, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and adherence to quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or healthcare supply operations is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
