Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for an Assistant Operations Manager.
The Assistant Operations Manager will support day-to-day operations by managing staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality standards for products and services, and addressing customer inquiries.
Responsibilities include overseeing inventory control, maintaining a streamlined workflow, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.
The role also involves assisting in training employees, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the overall operational goals of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management and team coordination skills, including scheduling and workflow optimization.
- Experience with inventory management and quality control processes.
- Effective communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh.
- Prior experience in hospitality or retail management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
