Urgent Hiring: Assistant Operations Manager
*Dubai* \| *Full-Time* \| *On-site*
We’re urgently looking for a **Assistant Operation Manager** to join our growing team and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operation
- Ensure shipments are delivered on time
- Communicate with TL/Supervisors, drivers and helpers and resolve issues.
- Manage logistics documentation
- Resolve shipping and logistics issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Logistics or related field is a plus
