Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager at our Riyadh location.
The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.
This role requires close collaboration with the management team to support operational goals, assist with staff scheduling, uphold quality standards, and address customer concerns.
Additionally, the manager will contribute to enhancing workplace efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and performance evaluation skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control, process improvement, and quality assurance practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and customers.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or in a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools to manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
