Assistant Nursery Manager

⭐ Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards

⭐ Develop & deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs

⭐ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards

⭐ Provide leadership & mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team

⭐ Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families

⭐ Assist with administrative tasks , including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment

⭐ Manage operational records and support financial planning to ensure sustainability

🔹 Level 3 qualification or above in early years education

🔹 Experience in an early years setting , with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner

🔹 Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team

🔹 Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
