Overview

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional healthcare and comfort to **newborn babies and children** in their residence
• Assess children’s health conditions and provide **one-on-one baby care**
• Administer medications, monitor and record **vital signs**, and ensure vaccinations are given on time
• Document medical findings, symptoms, and observations, and assist in **pain management**
• Ensure the **safety and wellbeing** of infants at all times
• Support meal programs based on the baby’s **health and nutritional needs**
• Assist babies with daily care, including **hygiene and grooming**
• Provide **breastfeeding support** and guidance on proper feeding positions and formula measurements
• Educate and guide parents, especially **new mothers**, on newborn care and best practices

Requirements

• Valid **Assistant Nurse License** (DHA or eligibility preferred)
• Minimum **1 year relevant experience** in maternity, NICU, pediatrics, or newborn care
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a **homecare environment**
