Job Summary
**You New Poly Clinic LLC** is seeking a dedicated and caring **Assistant Nurse** to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will support registered nurses and doctors in providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses and doctors in daily patient care activities.
- Prepare patients for consultations, procedures, and treatments.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and basic health information.
- Assist with patient mobility, comfort, and general care needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards.
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms and medical supplies.
- Support nursing documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide compassionate assistance to patients and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Follow clinic policies, safety guidelines, and healthcare protocols.
Requirements
- Valid Assistant Nurse certification/license (DHA eligibility or UAE healthcare experience preferred).
- Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in outpatient clinics, dermatology, aesthetics, or general medical clinics is an advantage.
- Ability to assist doctors and nursing staff during procedures.
- Good patient handling and customer service skills.
