- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
- Support patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.
