The company is an imprint label and publishing company with distribution through Universal Music Group.

It is expanding licensing and music-rights operations in LATM.

Part-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility.

Coordinate international releases, global projects, and music distribution and collection workflows across territories.

The role may lead to additional or permanent opportunities with the label.

Communicate with artists and artist managers.
Collect documents and data from artists, managers, and label representatives.
Manage song catalogs.
Enter data into spreadsheets and organize large volumes of song catalog information.
Manage song metadata across music databases.
Manage split sheets and other music publishing documents.
Organize metadata, rights information, and release schedules.
Maintain international music catalogs and assist with licensing and rights documentation.
Prepare performance-metric reports and support cross-border promotions.

Interest in music and administration.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Some experience with Google Sheets or equivalent tools and G Suite products.
Good attention to detail.
Comfort working in a hybrid Bengaluru environment with international teams remotely.
Interest in social media and digital content.
Ability to speak some English.
University enrollment is a plus.
Availability of at least 20 hours each week during business hours.
Ability to work in a creative, flexible, and varied environment.
