Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Medical Officer to join our Insurance team in Qatar.
The candidate will assist in handling medical insurance documentation, coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies, and supporting clients with medical insurance-related matters.
Fresh graduates with relevant healthcare qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling medical insurance claims and documentation
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and clients
- Follow up on approvals, reimbursements, and insurance-related matters
- Maintain accurate medical and insurance records
- Respond to client inquiries related to medical insurance services
- Support day-to-day medical insurance operations and administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related healthcare field
- Freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage
