Job Purpose
- Receive the goods from all concessions partners and arranges the item in the staging / storage in as per the guidelines.
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Labeling every product and placing them accordingly.
- Prepare and ready the goods received for the Customs scanning and required procedure, once gantry scanning completed; load the goods in refrigerated vans / trucks to deliver these goods to the requested concessions partners.
- Ensure that goods are delivered to concessionaires within the agreed timeframe.
- Assist with sorting, de-boxing and moving pallets/materials on the plant floor.
- Follow proper trailer loading and unloading lock-out/tag out procedure.
- Maintain standards of the highest quality and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ascertain areas of concern and report to Operations Supervisor to resolve these as effectively as possible.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the EHS policy & objectives of the company are well understood, implemented, communicated, maintained, and monitored regularly.
- Comply, implement, and follow EHSMS requirement as per Abu Dhabi Occupational health and safety (OSHAD) / ISO 18001:2007.
- Comply with ADPORTS QHSSE policy and be responsible for my own health and safety.
- Take a responsibility to the employees that working under you.
- Ensure workplace is safe and free of OHS hazards.
- Cooperate with Noatum management with respect to any instructions or an action taken by Noatum to protect employees, environment, and properties or any other EHS requirement.
- Report incident, injuries, or any near misses to your direct line manager.

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of warehousing practices and methods.
- Basic knowledge of using warehouse machinery/ tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- High school diploma.
- Good English communication skills with knowledge of a sub-continent Asian languages.
- Work experience required: 02 years of experience in the related field.
