About the role
Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities, vendor management, P2P operations, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, and internal stakeholder collaboration.
What you'll do
- Manage P2P processes from PRs and POs through amendments, delivery, and closure.
- Develop sourcing strategies; evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct vendor comparisons and commercial evaluations; negotiate pricing and terms.
- Track deliveries, verify goods or services, and resolve procurement issues.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate invoice validation, payment processing, and reconciliation with Finance.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, pricing, vendor data, and reports.
- Track spend, find cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate across internal teams.
- Support contract renewals, vendor reviews, and escalations; follow policies and approvals and improve processes.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management.
- Hands-on experience with P2P and end-to-end procurement, including PRs, POs, vendor onboarding, invoice validation, and PO closure.
- Experience with vendor sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Understanding of commercial terms, contracts, and procurement practices.
- Analytical skills and experience in spend analysis, cost optimization, and reporting.
- Experience with P2P, procurement, or vendor-management tools.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
