Assistant Manager – POS Field Sales (Merchant Acquisition)

Salary: AED 4,000 – 12,000 per month (based on experience & proven merchant network) + Uncapped Commissions

Merchant Guardian is a growing fintech channel partner supporting banks and payment service providers in merchant onboarding, POS deployment, and payment acceptance.

We work with SMEs and retailers across the UAE, providing secure and compliant digital payment solutions.

We are hiring Assistant Manager – POS Field Sales professionals with a mandatory, active merchant network in the UAE.

This role is ideal for mid-level field sales talent coming from Telecom (Etisalat/DU channel sales), FMCG distribution, electronics distribution, logistics onboarding, food distribution, merchant acquiring, or any field-heavy role dealing with SME decision-makers.

High performers have a clear path to promotion into a Manager role.

· Use your existing merchant network to acquire merchants quickly

· Prospect and onboard new merchants across retail, F&B, salons, services, and SMEs

· Promote POS terminals and payment acceptance solutions

· Conduct product demos and explain pricing and settlement

· Submit accurate merchant KYC documentation

· Consistently achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets

· Maintain daily sales reports and market insights

· Provide basic after-sales support and coordinate merchant activation

· Existing merchant network in the UAE that can be tapped immediately

· 1–4 years of UAE field sales experience

· Background in telecom, FMCG, electronics distribution, courier/logistics onboarding, or similar

· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

· Solid understanding of UAE SME/retail market

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in field work

· Driving license is a strong advantage

· POS or payments experience is a plus but not required

· Salary range: AED 4,000 – 12,000, depending on experience & network strength
