Support operational management of network security platforms protecting infrastructure, connectivity services, and digital environments.
Ensure secure network communication, controlled enterprise access, and consistent enforcement of security policies.
Platform and traffic security
- Administer, configure, maintain, and monitor enterprise network security platforms.
- Maintain platform availability, firewall controls, traffic inspection policies, and network segmentation.
- Align firewall policies with organizational security standards and connectivity requirements.
Secure access and network controls
- Administer remote access services for internal users and external partners.
- Operate ZTNA and SASE services and align access mechanisms with organizational policies.
- Support segmentation implementation with network operations teams.
- Administer NAC platforms and enforce device authentication and access policies.
Monitoring and incident response
- Manage email security gateways and filtering policies to mitigate malicious email threats.
- Monitor security controls and support detection and response to suspicious network activity.
- Investigate and resolve incidents involving network security platforms and coordinate incident response.
Integration and operations support
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, application, endpoint, and cybersecurity teams to align controls with enterprise requirements.
- Maintain platform configuration, standards, and procedure documentation; support operational runbooks and technical documentation.
- Coordinate vendor support cases and technology maintenance activities.
- Provide cross-functional support for network, endpoint, and infrastructure services and assist internal stakeholders.
