Position Summary

Territory and Healthcare Engagement

• Promote Nestlé's belief that breastfeeding is best for babies and recommendable over other infant-feeding alternatives.
• Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and feeding practices, following current cycle objectives and materials.
• Organize and participate in product knowledge, nutrition, and related scientific meetings, including sponsorship and guest lecturer invitations.
• Manage territory coverage, prospecting, insights, and competitive intelligence using relevant tools and systems.
• Maintain the healthcare professional database in CRM, submit reports on time, and propose communication and educational material supplies.
• Support education and product presence in hospitals to improve availability and hospital share.
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and medical decision-makers through face-to-face engagement, events, seminars, and conferences.
• Organize and implement key healthcare professional events and seminars in the territory.
• Use product, nutrition, competitor, and territory knowledge to differentiate value offers and increase advocacy.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies, science, medicine, nutrition, or dietetics.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.

Territory Work

• The role covers an assigned territory and includes face-to-face engagement with healthcare contacts, hospitals, seminars, conferences, and events.
