Assistant Manager/Manager - Technology Consulting - Data & AI - Riyadh

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client business goals into data and AI solutions; design, build, and deploy scalable pipelines, architectures, and AI models.
• Develop machine-learning models, NLP solutions, and predictive analytics use cases.
• Integrate data from multiple sources while maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance with governance frameworks.
• Use cloud technologies to architect and deploy data platforms and AI solutions.
• Support data strategy and modernization, including migration, transformation, and visualization.
• Collaborate across data science, engineering, and consulting teams to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Apply emerging data engineering, AI, and generative AI trends to client outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, solution design, and team knowledge sharing.

Experience and Qualifications

• Assistant Manager: 5–7 years of experience; Manager: 6–9 years.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution implementation.
• Consulting-environment experience is preferred; large-scale digital or AI transformation experience is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong technical background in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, or similar data processing and orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Power BI or Tableau and data storytelling.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
