Assistant Manager – Maintenance: Responsible for electrical maintenance, utilities, substations, and power distribution systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations through preventive maintenance, compliance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage electrical maintenance for machines, utilities, PLCs, robotics, and automation systems.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Handle electrical safety, compliance, HT/LT systems, inspections, and contractor coordination.
• Develop PLC programs, implement poka-yoke systems, and support new machine installations.
• Lead the maintenance team, drive continuous improvements, monitor KPIs, and support energy management initiatives.
