About Adani Total Gas

Adani Total Gas distributes natural gas through city gas networks, supplying PNG to domestic, commercial, and industrial users and CNG to transport users.

The company also has renewable-energy initiatives, including biogas development.

Job purpose

Execute and monitor logistics operations by implementing SOPs, coordinating logistics activities, and analyzing data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with logistics SOP and initiative deployment, monitor policy adherence, and identify process improvements.
  • Track logistics operations against strategic goals and initiative timelines.
  • Manage purchase orders and requisitions for customer vehicles and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Prepare MIS reports covering vehicle utilization, routes, gas quantities, and other logistics data.
  • Analyze operating trends and report deviations and actionable insights to the Lead - COE Logistics.
  • Generate accurate dealer and customer bills and invoices; validate charges against service-delivery data.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and utilization, identify irregularities, and communicate findings for corrective action.

Qualifications and experience

  • B.E., B.Tech., or bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of logistics and supply-chain management experience.
  • Additional degrees or certifications in logistics management, supply-chain management, or data analysis are preferred.
  • Gas, energy, or utility-sector experience with logistics and supply-chain exposure is preferred.

Stakeholders

Internal stakeholders include the Technocommercial, GA, and HSE teams.

External stakeholders include transporters.
