Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels 2.

Team performance guidance, problem solving 3.

Adherence Monitoring - Plan vs.

Actual and MIS Reporting. 4.

Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries 5.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan, and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production 6.

Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule. role descriptors Ensure materials are received on time – Domestic suppliers commodity like Proprietary, Hoses, Fabrication etc.

Overseas suppliers shall be added advantage.

Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.

Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.

Utilize Material Requirements Planning system and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.

Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM).

Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels.

Minimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with zero liability.

Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands.

Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time.

Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance in conjunction with members of the purchasing team.

Should be able to lead the team. accountability-performance Mapping accountabilities Meet production schedules delivering material on time with right quality within agreed inventory terms.

Zero delay in delivering the components and ensure zero line losses.

Accurate and precise coordination with internal and external customers.

Monitor supplier delivery performance to understand & mitigate the risk, if any.

COMPETENCY requirements Detailed technical knowledge – Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Should have SAP Operational and Microsoft Excel Skills. work experience requirements Nice to have : Planning & Procurement Experience of Minimum 3 Years of Experience
