Hiring for a client that is a new hydration drink brand.
Seeking an experienced, strategic HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations and key people initiatives.
The role serves as a bridge between management and employees, supporting engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead Performance Management Systems and oversee HR compliance.
- Coordinate Learning and Development programs and manage recruitment.
- Streamline HR processes using HRMS platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive people initiatives.
Experience
- Requires 7 to 8 years of core Human Resources experience.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance is required.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR reporting tools is required.
- Experience in FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is preferred.
Education and capabilities
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field is specified.
- Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates should manage multiple priorities, work independently, coordinate with stakeholders, and demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills.
Location and work mode
- Location is Mumbai, Andheri.
- Work mode is five days working from the office.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Compensation
- CTC is 7–9 LPA, indicating annual compensation.
