Position

Housekeeping operations

• Manage daily department operations, guest service, room-team rosters, staffing, shift briefings, and operational communications.
• Coordinate room turnover, priorities, late checkouts, and arrivals with Front Office, room control, VIP Services, Guest Services, and housekeeping coordinators.
• Manage operational requests and work orders, coordinate preventive maintenance, and schedule deep cleaning and special tasks.
• Inspect rooms and floor areas, conduct quality audits, and implement improvement plans.
• Anticipate guest requirements, provide personalized service, resolve complaints, and follow through to prevent recurrence.
• Track productivity and room supplies; monitor equipment and room conditions and manage contracted staff performance.

Systems and procedures

• Use Opera property-management software, HotSOS, FCS communication systems, and other relevant operational systems.
• Follow resort emergency procedures and first-aid standards.

Work standards

• Follow resort scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality, uniform, identification, and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Be proficient with property-management and operational systems, including Opera, HotSOS, and other relevant systems.
• Be trained in resort emergency procedures and first aid according to resort standards.
• Be flexible with working hours and scheduling according to resort requirements.
• Maintain required uniform, identification, punctuality, and grooming standards.
