Summary-

The Assistant Manager Guest Service will be responsible for assisting the Guest Service Manager in managing all aspects of guest satisfaction and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for guests.

Job Responsibility-

  • Assist in supervising, training, and motivating the guest service team to provide exceptional service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist in developing and implementing guest service policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in managing the guest service budget and expenses.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in a guest service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in guest service software and systems.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices.
