What you'll do
- Support sales-driving strategies and processes with a customer-centric mindset.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams; own an assigned area of responsibility.
- Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity, perform Service Leader duties, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
- Represent the brand, understand the competition and retail landscape, promote community involvement, and leverage omnichannel service.
- Ensure compliance standards and coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to support a high-performing team.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience; high school graduate or equivalent.
- Communicates effectively with customers and teammates, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and uses metrics to meet business goals.
- Able to lead, coach, and mentor others and work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Able to use retail technology, move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lift up to 30 pounds, and travel as required.
