Overview
- span>The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:/span> /p>
- span>Ability to contribute effective, value add contracting advice to multi-national business teams/span>
- span>Demonstrated ability to guide and direct diverse teams of skilled professionals in understanding and interpreting business contract and RFPs requirements/span>
- span>Reviewing and drafting a wide range of contract documents such as Agreements, Amendments, Statements of Work and Schedules, including analysis of contract financial documents and existing terms and conditions/span>
- span>Ability to independently establish direct working relationship with both Wynn internal and external stakeholders. Able to understand both strategic and operational goals and translate them into effective contracting practices/span>
- span>Ability to proactively assess critical contract obligations and contract provisions, gaps, and risk areas; proactively advise on contract revisions to better meet the needs of the business/span>
- span>Ability to guide and mentor other contracting professionals/span>
- span>Familiarity with outsourcing services contracting practices and standards/span>
- span>Negotiation/resolution of contract issues/disputes, as appropriate; providing recommendations and solutions for resolution/span>
- span>Assistance with proposals, ensuring alignment with existing contract, and maximizing benefit from new business/span>
- span>Responsibility in the preparation and drafting of contracts (Facilities, Hotel Operations, Marketing, IT, Project & Logistics and other), which entails: the incorporation into standard form contract templates of commercial terms which Contract Services team has agreed with the counterparty, for review by the Legal Counsel/span>
- span>Assistance in providing the prepared contract which has been reviewed by the Legal Counsel (including any comments and drafting amendments made by the General Counsel and Contract Services) to the user department and service provider/span>
- span>Gathering feedback, collating comments or issues highlighted internally or by the service provider and providing the legal related information to the Legal Counsel for advice/span>
- span>Disseminating the advice provided by the Legal Counsel to the user department and service provider for Contract Services to negotiate and conclude the contract/span>
- span>Filing and maintenance of archives of all contracts and legal documents in the system/span>
- span>Interacting with Department and Company Team Members, management, and contractors professionally and positively /span>
- span>Adherence to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct and Compliance policies/span>
- span>Always remaining well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards/span>
- span>Following health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards/span>
- p> span>Advanced Degree or a Bachelor's degree & equivalent combination of education and experience in the relevant field/span> /p> /p>
