Assistant Manager, Compliance
About This Role
To develop and maintain compliance policies and regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Initiate compliance monitoring programs, foster relationships with regulatory bodies, and implement AML and sanction measures. Improve internal policies, enhance compliance awareness, and establish best practices. Manage risk assessments, oversee compliance audits, and plan regulatory reporting. Promote a culture of compliance, propose policy updates, and oversee compliance training initiatives. Present findings to senior management and monitor ongoing compliance obligations.
