Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow revenue from a defined portfolio of GCS accounts across digital advertising solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client objectives and campaign outcomes.
  • Own pipeline hygiene, forecasts, and internal tracking; flag risks and gaps proactively
  • Work closely with campaign execution, product, analytics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track trends across the Indian digital advertising ecosystem, including formats, platforms, and performance benchmarks.
  • Support campaign planning, proposals, and post-campaign reviews with actionable insights
  • Skills & Attributes for Success
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem — media planning, buying, performance metrics, and client KPIs
  • Solid relationship management and client-handling skills
  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Clear communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
  • Preferred Experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, or performance advertising
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering against revenue targets
  • Familiarity with ad tech platforms, reporting tools, and campaign optimisation frameworks is a plus.
