Assistant Investment Proposition Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Support the ongoing management and development of retail investment propositions and fund ranges.
• Gather information, analyze and document findings, track actions and maintain supporting records.
• Assist with proposition changes, fund developments, reviews and implementation activity.
• Coordinate inputs and track dependencies, actions and decisions across teams and subject matter experts.
• Support reviews of customer and fund outcomes and prepare material for senior colleagues and governance forums.
• Help ensure activities align with product governance, Consumer Duty, risk appetite, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare or contribute to governance papers, meeting packs, management information, decision records and action logs.
• Analyze and communicate proposition features, fund developments and customer outcomes; maintain and review proposition content.
• Work with investment, product and operational specialists to understand fund structures and the impact of proposed changes.

• Take ownership of assigned activities within defined frameworks, agreed priorities and senior escalation routes.
• Apply a customer-focused and risk-aware approach, using informed judgement and constructive challenge.
• Build working knowledge of investment vehicles, their principles and customer considerations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts and external third parties.
