Overview

Work alongside the HR Manager in developing and executing people engagement initiatives.

Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, with a focus on Emiratization targets.

Ensure HR practices and processes align with UAE labour laws and organizational goals and Emiratization requirements.

Skills Required
