Assistant HR Manager
About This Role
Support HR operations for restaurant staff, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.
Key Duties:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support training and staff performance management
Requirements:
- Experience in HR Minimum 2-3 years, preferably in restaurants in UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE labor law
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Candidates available inside UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
