Housekeeper to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property. Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, including staff scheduling and task allocation Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of guest requests Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and customer service standards Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in line with local regulations and company policies Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently Participate in budget planning and cost control measures for the housekeeping department Support the Executive Housekeeper in administrative tasks and reporting
