Assistant Hotel Manager – Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations or the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage).
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve high operational performance.
- Proven ability to set operational goals and KPIs, monitor performance, track targets, and ensure consistent achievement in line with operational plans.
- High level of professionalism in guest relations, service quality, and complaint resolution.
- Proficiency in using Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and preparing operational reports.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and perform effectively under pressure.
