Assistant Hotel Manager – Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations or the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage).
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve high operational performance.
  • Proven ability to set operational goals and KPIs, monitor performance, track targets, and ensure consistent achievement in line with operational plans.
  • High level of professionalism in guest relations, service quality, and complaint resolution.
  • Proficiency in using Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and preparing operational reports.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and perform effectively under pressure.
