Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Riyadh, with the flexibility to work partially from home.

The Assistant Head of Sales will support the Head of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and supervising the sales team.

Responsibilities

include aligning sales goals with business objectives, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through efficient team collaboration and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in sales management and team management, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating market trends, sales data, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a related service-oriented industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
